Alex Villegas
Alex Villegas is a Shamanic Practitioner and Trauma Coach. He is the Founder and Executive Director of FirstMemory, a diverse collaborative of professionals dedicated to the integrative and holistic treatment of personal and collective trauma. As a space holder and guide for overcoming trauma, he integrates physical training, subconscious reprogramming, sacred events, and shamanic practices into contemporary healing systems. He is also an internationally recognized Creative Director and visual artist whose work has been featured on CNN, Fox News, Fast Company, and Time.
